There are social tennis events every second Thursday, in addition to new members evenings.

Dear Members, We are excited to now announce the relaunch of the Charleville Golf Society. Starting in the new year, this is a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow members and enjoy friendly (yet competitive) golf outings. After each event, we will meet up back at the club to enjoy some tasty grub, enjoy the craic, and present the outing prizes!! Sign up for membership in Smart Club Cloud. Charleville lawn tennis club is one of the good causes in Tesco's community fund project for the next 12 weeks! When you do your shopping in the Phibsboro store you get some blue tokens you can put into our box. At the end of the 12 weeks, the number of tokens is counted and up to €2,000 is distributed proportionally between three local good causes. The more tokens we get the better! Head to Tesco phibsboro to support us 🙏

Well done to our Men’s First Team on clinching a close playoff win against Brookfield last night! On to the semifinals of the Floodlight League and an all important promotion match next Monday night! Big thank you to our supporters who braved the chilly Monday night to cheer them on to victory! 💪🏻

It was a beautiful Autumn morning at the club today, with the sun shining and the courts full. ☀️ Also, a big thank you to our groundsmen for creating a new bed of flowers, which will add a fresh touch of colour in the club. 🌸 👏🏻

Historical moment for Charleville LTC as Caoimhe and Freya secured the first point in any junior leagues ever (!) in U12 Leinster Tennis Junior League home match against St.Mary's on Saturday. Well done girls! #leinstertennis

Congratulations to the mens 3rd team for making it through to the Senior League playoffs! Despite the terrible conditions, they put in a great performance, defeating Laytown/Bettystown 3-0 to secure their spot. Well done guys!! 👏🏻 👏🏻

Hard luck to the ladies 2nd team who narrowly missed out on securing a spot in the Senior League playoffs, falling short on game difference alone. So close, but a great effort from all involved! 👏🏻

The next American Tournament will be held on Friday, 27th September at 8 PM This is a relaxed and enjoyable mixed doubles event, open to all members of all levels. It’s a great opportunity to meet other members and practice your doubles skills, especially if you’re new to the club. Book your spot on the Cloud App under the section ‘Events’ Family Junior members aged 16 and over can participate if accompanied by an adult (18 or older) from the same family. If you book and then need to cancel please contact Sheila or Bernard.
